What we’ve built at Enrgy Collective is personal. It’s the product of heart, heritage, and a genuine commitment to creating a space that feels intentional and inclusive. As a woman-owned and operated studio, we’re proud to keep things close-knit, community-driven, and aligned with the values that matter most.

Every part of this experience - from how we train, to how we connect - is shaped by culture, care, and the belief that wellness is a shared journey. We lead with empathy, purpose, and a deep respect for every person who walks through our doors.

Here, intention isn’t just a word - it’s how we show up everyday.

small business.
big intentions.

At Enrgy Collective, we believe wellness should feel personal, empowering, and sustainable. It’s not about extremes - it’s about building habits that support your body, your lifestyle, and your mindset. Through intentional training and mindful nutrition, we focus on helping you feel strong, energized, and confident in your own skin.

Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and that’s why our approach is rooted in care, education, and connection, so you can grow in a way that feels right for you, both inside and out.

our approach to wellness

Hi, I’m Emilia, Founder and Head Trainer of Enrgy Collective.

Long before fitness became my career, the gym became my escape.

It was the place I turned to during difficult seasons - a place where I could clear my mind, build confidence, and prove to myself that I was capable of hard things. What started as a physical outlet quickly became something much deeper. Through movement, I discovered resilience, discipline, and a sense of self-belief that carried into every area of my life. That experience shaped the way I coach today.

I believe fitness is about so much more than changing your appearance. Strength training has the power to transform the way you see yourself. It teaches patience, builds confidence, and reminds us that growth happens one step and one day at a time. The lessons learned in the gym often become the same lessons that help us navigate challenges outside of it. My goal is to help every client discover that same sense of strength and confidence for themselves.

I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Behavioral Psychology and a specialization in Disordered Eating, an education that continues to shape my coaching philosophy today. Understanding the connection between mindset, behavior, and lasting change has taught me that true health is about more than workouts or nutrition alone, it's about building sustainable habits and a positive relationship with yourself. I began my career as a personal trainer in my early twenties, and what started as a passion for helping others quickly became my purpose. Today, I feel incredibly grateful to do what I love every day: helping people build strength, confidence, and a healthier, more fulfilling life through movement.

I also hold speciality certifications in Women's Health, Pre + Postnatal and Weight Loss. While education and evidence-based coaching are incredibly important to me, I believe the most impactful coaching starts with understanding the person behind the goal.

The vision behind Enrgy Collective was simple: create a space where people feel genuinely supported in their pursuit of better health. In 2024, that vision came to life. Today, one of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching clients accomplish things they once thought were out of reach. Whether it's lifting heavier than they ever imagined, completing their first race, navigating a major life transition, or simply gaining confidence in themselves again, those moments never get old.

When I'm not coaching, you'll likely find me running, spending time with family, cooking, exploring the outdoors, or at home with my husband and our two dogs, Zeus and Rocky.

Thank you for being here. I hope Enrgy Collective becomes a place where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to discover what you're truly capable of.

Hello! I'm Ruthie and I am a Lead Trainer at Enrgy Collective.

I am a life long athlete who has trained and competed in multiple sports such as; volleyball, softball, Muay Thai, and my current sport of choice, boxing.

I grew up in Connecticut before joining the U.S. Army in 2011. I served for five years as a Combat Medic, with assignments in Germany, Afghanistan, and Texas before eventually settling in Washington. Along the way, I earned my bachelor's degree in Art History and later my master's degree in Architecture from the University of Washington.

Today, I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, specializing in strength training and athletic performance. I enjoy working with people of all experience levels - from those stepping into the gym for the first time to athletes looking to improve their performance.

I choose to coach because I genuinely enjoy helping people become stronger than they thought they could be. There's nothing better than watching someone gain confidence and achieve both small and big goals they once believed were out of reach. My goal is to create an environment where you're challenged, supported, and have fun improving yourself.
