We don’t offer free training sessions, but we do encourage booking a complimentary consultation. It’s a 30-minute opportunity to meet, see the studio, and have an intentional conversation about your goals to make sure we’re a great fit before getting started.
Just wear comfy workout clothes and your favorite sneakers! You’re welcome to bring a towel if you'd like, but we’ve got all the equipment covered. We also have water and pre/post workout drinks to purchase available at the studio.
Nutrition coaching is available as a separate virtual program, but we always consider your lifestyle habits during training. All personal training clients have access to basic macro guidance and support from their trainer to help reinforce healthy habits alongside their workouts.
Yes, we do! We offer virtual coaching but limit the number of clients we take on to ensure each person receives the time, attention, and support they deserve. If you're interested in online coaching, feel free to contact us directly for more details and availability.
Consistency is key, and results look different for everyone depending on your goals, starting point, and lifestyle. Most clients train 2–4 times per week and see great progress with a balanced routine and supportive habits outside the studio. We’ll help you create a schedule that works for you and keeps you moving forward.
